im trying a new diet till my birthday on 16th february, i quite enjoy it, brekfast is usually a protein shake and cashews+almonds with any fruit i like,lunch is the jeennifer anniston salad which is 1 cup quinoa,2 cucumbers, 1 red onion,1 cup parsely and mint, 1 cup beans or chickpeas and 1 cup feta plus the dressing is olive oil,1 1/2 lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper, this isnt exactly her recipe i kinda crooked it..,and for dinner anything i want but has to be a small portion with veggies on the side, the total calorie goal is 1200 but i usually exceed it, i also follow the 80 20 method where 80% of the food i eat is healthy and for my gut whereas 20% is fun food tho i avoid direct sugar like sugary drinks
